On Saturday, April 5, Jill's House was the featured charity at "Curry Clash," a community event hosted by Curry's Auto, full service auto care business with several locations in Northern Virginia. The event, which took place at Curry's Auto in Sterling, VA, featured a car show with dozens of antique and "exotic" entries, great music and great food. All of the attractions coupled with the beautiful spring weather drew hundreds of attendees.

Jill's House enjoyed great exposure at the event. The Jill's House booth hosted a bake sale and a raffle for a BMW mountain bike, generously donated by Curry's Auto. Jill's House mission was conveyed not only though the activities at the booth and by the several volunteers who worked but also by a DJ and Matt Curry who spoke of Jill's House every 15 minutes over a loud speaker. The event was a great opportunity to spread the word about Jill's House throughout Northern Virginia. Furthermore, Jill's House will receive a portion of the proceeds from the event.
