Eligibility Conditions

To truly enjoy a weekend of respite, parents need to know that their child is safe at Jill’s House. Our admissions team individually evaluates each child to determine eligibility. Please note that Jill’s House cannot adequately accommodate individuals with the following medical conditions/needs:

Clients requiring 24-hour 1:1 nursing care
Urinary catheter
Tracheostomy
Ventilator or continuous oxygen support
TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
Central line or port

Admissions Process Details

To properly care for your child, we need a lot of information. However, we are committed to making the admissions process simple and supportive for your family. Our admissions team will guide you through each step to determine your child’s eligibility.

Inquiry Form

Step 1
Begin by completing our brief Inquiry Form to tell us a little bit about your child.
Step 2
The Jill’s House admissions team will schedule an Insight Call to learn more about your child, share some details about Jill’s House, and determine whether Jill’s House is a good fit.
Step 3
After our call, we will send some admissions and medical forms for you to review and complete.

Step 4
Next, we will schedule an in-person Guided Visit to meet your family, review required documentation, and answer any final questions.
Step 5

Once the admissions process is complete, you child will be enrolled in our program and you will be assigned a Jill’s House Respite Care Coordinator who will be your point person for all scheduling and information updates!
